RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We offer returns for refund (minus any shipping fees paid out to mail carriers) within 14 days after the delivery date and free exchanges/store credit within 30 days of delivery date.

EXCLUSIONS TO THIS POLICY LISTED BELOW

Please note: If our quality control team deems that your item is worn, we cannot process your return. In this case, we will send you an email with the following steps.

we do not offer refunds or returns for tarnished items over 30 days from the day the order was placed 

Exclusions

Personalized pieces that are cut to order: this includes any initial, name or year necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets and anklets.

On Sale items that show ‘compare at’ prices which can be found on the SALE page are considered final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Special Discount Codes which show "NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES" in promotion material & throughout our site at time of purchase. Your packing slip will also be stamped "ALL SALES ARE FINAL- No Returns No Exchanges".

In the case a return is attempted, the package will be sent back to the original address.
International return labels cannot be processed. More details below
